Eligible Conditions
Fashion Muse Shop accepts return requests under the following conditions.
Items must be in new or lightly used condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging bags, and accessories intact. The item must not show obvious wear, damage, stains, odors, or any conditions that affect resale.
Customers must submit a return request within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods.
If the goods arrive defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, you must notify us by email within 48 hours.
Certain items with hygiene or safety restrictions may not be eligible for return. Any such limitations will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Return Time Frame
All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date the customer receives the package.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must remain in new or lightly used condition, free from excessive wear, tears, stains, odors, or washing damage.
All original tags, labels, packaging materials, and any included accessories must be returned in full.
Items that show significant use or damage may not pass inspection, and the return may be denied.

After reviewing the request, our customer service team will issue return authorization and return instructions via email.
Customers must prepare their own return shipping label and securely package the item. The return must be sent to the following address only after authorization is granted:

Important Notice:
Returns sent without prior email authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Customers must provide valid tracking information after the return is shipped so we can follow up on the return status.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our responsibility (such as wrong item or confirmed defects), compensation options will be offered and confirmed via email.
We do not cover additional packaging fees, expedited shipping fees, or service upgrades chosen by the customer.
Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, we will process the refund.
If the item does not meet return standards, we will inform the customer by email and may offer a partial refund or no refund, depending on the condition of the item.
Refund Process
Refund processing begins immediately after the returned item passes inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, such as credit card, debit card, or digital wallet.
Any non-refundable fees will be explained during the review process.
Refund Time Frame
Once processed on our end, refunds will always reach the customer’s original payment account within seven (7) business days.
If the refund does not appear after this period, the customer should contact their bank or card issuer first, and then reach out to our support team for verification.
Fee Responsibility
Return shipping fees for non-defective items are not refundable.
If additional fees arise due to special shipping arrangements or exchange requests, responsibility will be confirmed via email during the application process.
