Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchange requests under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect size
- Style change
- Items with noticeable defects (must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package)
Customers must submit an exchange request within 30 days of receiving the item.
Condition of Items for Exchange
To ensure that exchanged items meet resale standards, all returned items must:
- Be in new or lightly used condition
- Include all original tags, labels, and accessories
- Have no significant signs of wear, stains, damage, or odors
- Not fall under any non-exchangeable product categories specified on the product page (e.g., certain intimate apparel)
If an item does not meet the condition requirements, the exchange may be denied or may result in only partial compensation.
Exchange Fees
- For non-defective exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Reshipment costs for the new item will be communicated and confirmed before the exchange is completed.
- For defective items or shipping errors, once confirmed by customer service, we will cover reshipment costs or offer an appropriate compensation method.
Price Difference Handling
If the exchange involves items with different prices:
- If the new item is more expensive: The customer must pay the price difference before the replacement item is shipped.
- If the new item is cheaper: We will refund the price difference after the exchange is approved.
- Refunds for price differences are issued to the original payment method and typically reach the account within 7 business days after processing.

Step 2: Receive Exchange Authorization & Instructions
After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide:
- Exchange authorization
- Detailed instructions
Packages returned without prior email authorization will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Customers must prepare their own return shipping label and send the item to:

A valid tracking number must be provided after shipment.
Step 4: Inspection & Price Difference Processing
Once the warehouse receives the item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
- Price differences (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Step 5: Shipping the Replacement Item
Once the exchange is confirmed, we will process the difference, then ship the replacement item and send you the tracking number via email.
Order Cancellation Policy
When an Order Can Be Canceled
- Before Shipment: Customers may cancel the order directly before it is shipped, with no additional fees.
- After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled; customers must return the goods according to our return and refund policy after receiving them.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically reach the customer’s payment account within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
When an Order Cannot Be Canceled
An order may not be eligible for cancellation if:
- It has entered the packing or preparation stage
- A shipping label has been created
- It has already been picked up by UPS or USPS
In these cases, the order must be handled through the return process.
